This kind of music it covers a broad spectrum of musical genres that evolved from the traditions and folk music of the Celtic peoples of Western Europe. The term Celtic music may refer either to the music of tradition transmitted orally that popular music with some superficial similarities to the folk styles of the Celtic peoples.
